WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE ENTRY PACKAGE

ROUTES
  • Five awesome stages through (all explored and pre-ridden by routemeister Gijs) brought to you by komoot
  • The most beautiful paved and unpaved roads, path, trails in Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, Moresnet and The Netherlands
  • Daily choice between standard length stage (100 km, level: intermediate) or XL stage (up to 125 km, level: experts), both at least 60% off road
  • The event is perfect for riders from intermediate to expert level (In doubt of your level? mail us for a check by our cycling trainer Erwin!)
FULL SUPPORT for rider and bike
  • Lugage transport (duffle bag sent to you for free) from stage start to stage finish, every day
  • Organization provides full support and 'safety net' for all riders during event stages
  • With medical assistance, first aid vehicles, broom wagons, emergency pick up and event director's car
  • Trek mechanical support with 2 mecanics, registration of riders and security checks
  • Every stage has two extensive feed stations with snacks, sports drink, water and more
  • Smaller rider bags (musettes) are provided for each participant. This can be used to hold your lunch, clothing etc. 
  • Rider musettes are collected daily before the start and are made available at feed station 1
  • Barista coffee by Il Magistrale Cycling Coffee available at feed station 1
  • Route partner komoot as your route platform and free komoot Premium (3 months) value € 15,00 for every rider
  • Dynamic Bike Care bike wash (cleaning and lubing) available after finish of every stage
  • Daily evening briefing by event director

  • Departure 10AM from Heerlen (NL) arrival 3PM on start camp site (DE) with toilet and lunch stop

CAMPER SPOT € 199,-
  • Spot for camper van or caravan at all camp sites during event (Saturday - Wednesday)

NON-RIDER ENTRY PACKAGE € 695
  • Ideal for supporters and partners :-). Enjoy The Ride Gravel experience! Included with this entry: camp spot for your own tent, all meals.
  • Tip! Volunteers can enter for free. Non-riders, please mail us for volunteer tasks available.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE € 99,-
  • Tip! Cancellation insurance including sport injury coverage. Must be ordered within 7 days after registration. Only for NL and BE residents.
  • All costs paid will be reimbursed by insurance, including entry package and booked upgrades.
